Ha Long Bay is beautiful. If Tam Coc is a peanut then I would say Ha Long is a Coconut. Over two thousand Limestone Islands coming out of the sea.
The first day we drove 4 hours to Ha Long. We ate lunch on the boat. Then we took a 3 hour tour of the islands including a tour of two caves. We chose to stay in the hotel as My doesn't always do well with boats. Most chose to stay the night on the boat.
The next day we hiked in the National forest. Then we booked a trip to Monkey Island where we took lots of monkey pictures. We also took a dip. It was very refresing.
